Delhi Public School Daulatpur celebrates Ananya Rawat’s Achievement in CBSE Shooting Competition in a remarkable display of talent and determination , Ananya Rawat of class 7B secured a bronze medal in the U 19 Category at the CBSE North Zone 1 Shooting Competition held at Jaypee Public School, Greater Noida from 6th to 9th October 2024.Ananya’s exceptional performance in this prestigious competition has brought pride to her school and the local community.

“A good archer is known not by his arrows but by his aim”.

We are thrilled to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our talented archers, Anshul (class X) and Mani Chaudhary ( class IX) who have brought immense pride to Delhi Public School Daulatpur at the 15th National Field Indoor Archery Championship 2024-25 held at Seth M R Jaipuria Goyal Complex, Lucknow, from December 26 to 30,2024.

Anshul clinched a Bronze Medal in the Under-17( Recurve) Individual event. Mani bagged a Silver Medal in the Under-14(Compound) Individual Event. Their exceptional performances and unwavering determination have significantly added to the school’s tally of accolades.

DPS Daulatpur emerged victorious at the Montfort Inter-School Chess Championship 2024, held on August 29, 2024. The young chess prodigies from DPS Daulatpur showcased their exceptional skills and strategic thinking, resulting in the following impressive achievements.

Trisha clinched the gold medal in the under-17 girls category. Alisha Sharma earned the bronze medal in the under-19boys category. Karan Singh secured the bronze medal in the under-19 boys category. Their success is a source of pride for the school.

“Robotics is not about making machines to serve us. It’s about creating machines that can be our partners.”

On 23rd November 2024, the inter-school Robotics Competition was held at Maa Anandmayee Memorial School, Raiwala, Dehradun. The event saw enthusiastic participation from various several schools, and the students of DPS Daulatpur showcased their creativity, and innovative spirit .Among the many events, DPS Daulatpur’s team excelled in the Robo War competition, with Prakhar Pandey of class 11 and Chaitanya Singh of class 8 secured the first rank.Additionally, Aryan Prajapati and Vedansh Bansal of class 8 secured the third rank in the Lego Champ competition.

“Olympiads are not just about winning medals; they are about igniting a spark for learning and discovery”.

Olympiads and competitive examinations are held in our school at various levels- school, national, and international –to test and enhance students’ proficiency in subjects like Mathematics, Science, English, and more. These contests encourage analytical thinking, problem –solving skills, and a deep understanding of concepts.

The house system is more than just a tradition-it is a way to build community, inspire friendly competition, and encourage teamwork. Each house at DPS Daulatpur represents a unique identity, fostering a sense of belonging and pride among its members. Whether through sports, academics, or creative pursuits, the house system teaches students the value of unity, leadership, and healthy competition. Many activities were conducted i.e singing, dancing, houseboard decoration, skating competition for the students to develop the values and motivate them to do best for their house.

“Clubs aren’t just about activities –they are about community”.

School clubs are more than just extracurricular activities-they are opportunities to discover passions, build friendships, and grow as a leader. It also play a vital role in shaping responsible, aware, and active students. They provide a platform to express interests, take initiative. Our school clubs offer students opportunities to learn, lead, and leave a positive impact on the world around them.

Health and Hygiene Club : This club promotes personal wellness and public health awareness. Members lead initiatives like health talks, hygiene campaigns, and cleanliness drive.

Eco club : The Eco club encourages students to care for the environment by planting trees, recycling, conserving resources, and spreading green consciousness.

Cultural Heritage Club : This club explores and celebrates our diverse traditions through festivals, art, music, and dance, ensuring our heritage stays alive in every generation.

Cleanliness and Gardening Club : Focused on creating a clean and green school, this club engages students in maintaining cleanliness and learning the art of gardening to beautify the campus.

Anti –Harassment Club : This club works to ensure a safe and inclusive environment by educating peers about respectful behavior, promoting equality, and standing against all forms of harassment.

Interact Club : Students spread warmth through the ‘Odha Do Jindagi’ Drive .The initiative highlighted the schools strong emphasis on social responsibility, providing students with an opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of the underprivileged. Through their contributions, the students not only offered warmth and comfort but also demonstrated the values of compassion and empathy.

Educational trips are a vital part of holistic learning, giving students the opportunity to explore knowledge beyond textbooks. Our school organized an educational trip to Patanjali for primary students. The aim was to expose students to practical learning environments and enrich their understanding through direct experience. We visited various educational centres where students engaged in interactive sessions, learned about different fields and gained valuable insights.

Kalangan 2024

The 7th Interschool Art and Craft Competition, Kalangan 2024, was successfully organized and hosted by DPS Daulatpur, bringing together the creative talents of students from schools across Haridwar and Roorkee. The event was designed to celebrate and showcase artistic expression in various forms, and it received enthusiastic participation from numerous schools. The competition featured a diverse range of categories, each aimed at highlighting different artistic skills and traditions. These categories included shilpkar, coaster making, lippan art, canvas shoes painting, mehndi, rangoli and many more. The jury panel for Kalangan 2024 consisted of distinguished and experienced personalities in the art world. These esteemed judges brought their expertise to the evaluation process, providing thoughtful feedback and guidance. Their presence not only added prestige to the event but also inspired the participants to perform at their best.

Synergia 2024 : A fiesta of Rhythm and Race

The much-awaited event “Synergia 2024”a fiesta of Rhythm and Race was held at DPS Daulatpur on 21 December, 2024 bringing together a vibrant mix of talent, energy, and community spirit. The event aimed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and creativity among students while providing them a platform to showcase their diverse skills. The event was graced by many distinguished personalities of Haridwar. The event commenced with the passing of the Torch, symbolizing a gesture of unity, determination, and the spirit of sportsmanship and gave a kickstart for the show. This was followed by a dazzling inaugural performance by the school choir, setting a lively tone for the day. The rhythm segment showcased mesmerizing performances by students of grades Preps to 4. The race segment saw enthusiastic participation from students in various categories including 50m, 100m, and relay races by our tiny tots. Winners in each category were awarded medals. The event witnessed an overwhelming response from parents and visitors, who applauded the work and coordination of the participants and organizers.

‘Despedida’at DPS Daulatpur

“Every farewell is a new beginning in disguise. We bid adieu not with sadness, but with hope for the journey ahead”.

DPS Daulatpur bid a heartfelt adieu to its outgoing Class 12 students with a vibrant daytime farewell celebration, ’Despedida”, on February 1st, 2025.The event was a beautiful tapestry of joyous moments and warm wishes, creating lasting memories for everyone present. The school grounds were abuzz with excitement as the students arrived, dressed in their finest attire. The boys and girls looked absolutely charming, adding a touch of youthful elegance to the occasion. Highlight of the farewell was the awarding of titles to the class 12 students , recognizing their unique personalities and contributions to the school.The presence of Director Mr.Ajay Jain and Pro-Vice Chairman Mr. Vikas Goyal added a special touch to the event.Their words of wisdom and blessings for the graduating class were deeply appreciated by the students and staff alike.

To boost the morale of the students, DPS Daulatpur held its Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony for classes 3 to 9 students were honoured for their remarkable achievements. The event, an evidence to the school’s commitment to holistic development, recognized students across a spectrum of categories, each reflecting a unique facet of excellence .From academic brilliance to artistic flair, from unwavering discipline to enthusiastic participation, every student’s effort was valued and applauded. The categories of awards highlighted the multifaceted nature of success:
