Achieving academic excellence is at the heart of endeavor of all educators and academic institutions. Dehli Public School (Daulatpur) is no exception. With great pleasure the annual report of our school is presented for the academic year 2018-19.

It’s the first 5 years that the children go through a period of rapid learning. The most embedded parts of our personality, our attitudes and moral values, our emotional tendencies, our learning abilities, how we deal with people, how we deal with situations, good or bad-they are all a product of experiences that we have between the age of 0-5.
Building a strong foundation in the early year of a child’s life will not only help him or her, to fulfil potential, but will also result in better societies as a whole.

Activities were conducted for the students of prep jr. and prep.sr (Fun with clay, rakhi making, candle/diya decoration, origami and excursions .
What we learn with pleasure , we never forget.
Various activites were conducted for the students of classes I and II where great inventions and discoveries were made in the course of everyday life. Special assemblies were conducted by students of classes I to IX like Sharing is Caring ,Patriotism ,Mothers Day, Role of Technology ,Jhansi ki Rani were the themes were students enacted . It helped them build their confidence and overcome their fear and show their talents.
Accolades in sports and games
AWIM Regional Olympic was held on 13 ,Dec 2018 were students participated and were awarded as ‘Star Performer of the Day’
National Tennis Cricket Championship was organized in Nasik on 18, October 2018 students received Best Discipline Award.
Inter School DPS Cricket Challenger Cup 2018 was organized at DPS Ranipur from October 5-10, 2018 students of DPS Daulatpur won the match against Royal Public School.

External Competition -ITIHAS KE JHAROKHE SE Inter DPS Heritage Festival 2018 was conducted on December 23,2018 Noida students participated in Aadi Sanskriti.
Sparsh Ganga Drawing and Slogan Writing Competition was conducted on November 28, 2018 were the Dipsites added another feather to the crown of DPS as they bagged first ,second and third position.
24th all India Inter DPS Children ‘s Art Competition was held on 30 January ,2019 at DPS Ranipur students from classes Ito X participated .
26th Inter School on the Spot Painting Competition was organized by DPS Ranipur on 01 December,2018 and students of our school participated and were awarded prizes for the excellent painting .
First Inter School Creative Art and Craft Competition ‘KALANGAN ‘2018 ON 15 December.2018 students of various schools participated and were felicitated on 20 feb, 2019 as a prize Distribution ceremony was organized to motivate and encourage the students.
Hindi Speech Competition was organized at Rishikul.’MAIN AUR MERI MAA GANGA’ on November 22,2018 students of class VIII clinched second position
RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Award) programme was organized by Rotary Club in Roorkee Engineering College from October 26 to 27,2018 students ciinched 3rd position.
Olympaids ‘Results,2017- medals at zonal and international levels students of DPS Daulatpur were felicitated with certificates and medals in (English Olympiad) as they made us proud Naseera Ann Jordan of class III secured international rank and was felicitated with a merit certificate ,Gold Medal and a gift Voucher of rupees One Thousand from SOF foundation.
Inter –School Debate Competition for the students of class IX and X was organized by Wisdom Global School on 18 May,2018 Students clinched the third prize.
Story telling conducted on May 17, 2018 by Roorkee Public Senior Secondary School ,Roorkee. Theme of the competition was’’ Let’s recall our childhood some memories of our grandpa and grandma.’’ Students secured third position
XI Inter School Maths Whizzies Competition was held at DPS Ranipur for classes VI ,VII,VIII Students secured first and second position.

Traffic Awareness Programme on ‘Road Saftey ‘was organized for the students of class VII ,VIII AND IX By the representatives from Traffic Police –A.R.T.O to orient the students about safety measures.
Skating is a sport ,everything is just a game .The minute you quit is the moment you fail .
People who aren’t skaters don’t understand what courage it takes to be one.
This is what our coming skaters don’t have to think because the students here are trained with roller skating they have gained courage and confidence each day .
Achievements
Rollers Hawks speed Championship 2019-Chandigarh is an event which made us really feel proud where 24 students participated and won a number of gold,silver and bronze medal it was held on 4 january 2019 and was organized by Roller Hawks Indian Skater Hockey Federation .Chandigarh.
Skating Competition at DPS Daulatpur was organized on 15 feburary for Dipsites of Daulatpur students of classes III TO IX participated in the Skating Rink of their school.
All India Invitational Roller Skating Championship was held on 5 November 2018 In Meerut students secured second and third position in the Riley race.
Skating Running Race was organized in Sonipat ,HARYANA ,students were awarded with trophies.
Teachers Enrichment Programme
With a view to be constructive and dynamic professionals and to equip teachers with the necessary skills and techniques for effective classroom teaching ,various enrichment programmes were organized for the teachers.
A workshop on classroom and Management was organized on 17 December ,2019 for teachers to make teaching learning effective and attractive ( VARK) learning style physical arrangement in the classroom was explained .
A workshop on self analysis /motivation was conducted for teachers in order to motivate students .
A Workshop on computer skills was conducted to enhance their computer skills.
A motivational workshop was conducted by Mr.peeyush jain ‘Tathastu’ to motivate the teachers and develop a positive attitude towards work and life.
Workshop for parents
It was conducted on 28 july2018 by the Mr.BP.Khandelwal( member of DPS Society) on development of physical and motor skills the workshop turned out to be a great success.
Cultural programmes
The Cultural Festival ,was held on 23 May at DPS Daulatpur it showcased mesmerizing views of various states.There were two competitions in the cultural Fest- Inter House Dance Competition and Inter House Singing Competition.students participation was 100% it was a great success.
Dussehra Celebration was celebrated on OCTOBER 15, 2018 BY LITTLE CHAMPS OF PREP.junior and PREP Senior students
A special Assembly on the occasion of Diwali was conducted by students of class V
A Day for Grandparents was organized on 29 November 2018 to show their gratitude towards them. Students of class I andII initiated the activites adhering to the motive of strengthening the bond between grand parents and their grandchildren. It was a grand success as grand parents cherished the moments and relived their childhood.
