Updated Important information regarding new admission in accordance with NEP 2020:
Fee waiver scheme:-
(1) 50% development charges will be waived off if the second child of the family takes admission.
(2) Full development charges will be waived off if the third child of the family takes admission.
(3) 50% Development Charges will be waived off for all girls taking admission from 2024-25.
Fee waiver scheme for meritorious students:-
(1) 100% Admission Fee Waiver for Students Excelling in Academic / Sports / C0-curricular activities and Single Girl Child.( Class III onwards)
Admission Procedure (Session 2024-25)

Admission Rules         

Admission is open for Class Prep Jr. (Age 3 Years), Prep Middle, Prep Sr, Class 1 to Class XII (Session 2024-25)

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Age criteria for admission to classes Prep Jr. to I:
    • Minimum age 3 years as on April 1st, 2024 for Prep-Junior
    • Minimum age 4 years as on April 1st, 2024 for Prep-Middle.
    • Minimum age 5 years as on April 1st, 2024 for Prep-Senior.
    • Minimum age 6 years as on April 1st, 2024 for class I

    • Registration Forms can be filled online and after taking a print it should be submitted to the School Office. Also registration forms are available at school office.
    • Registration charges - Rs. 1000/- to be submitted along with form.
    • Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without photograph will not be processed / accepted.
    • Mere issue of form or registration does not imply admission. Admission is subject to availability of the seats and is at the sole discretion of the school authorities.

Self attested photocopy of the following documents to be attached with Registration form.
Receipt to be submitted to school.

  1. Aadhar card
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Address Proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport)
  4. Report Card of Previous Class / Transfer Certificate (If applicable)
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
    • The list of selected children will be displayed on the school website as well as the Admission office Parents shall also be informed telephonically.
    • On confirmation of grant of admission, parents will be required to deposit the fee within stipulated time failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to another applicant.
    Classes II to IX & XI
    • DPS Daulatpur, Haridwar welcomes inquiries from eager and confident learners of classes II to IX & XI for session 2024-25.
    • On account of seats being very limited, the admission process focusses on getting to know an applicant very well through interaction & academic assessment. (Admission test)
    • Date for interaction and academic assessment (Classes II to IX & XI) will be intimated telephonically.

Rules Governing Withdrawal

Withdrawal of admission by the school:
  • The head of the institution reserves the absolute right at his discretion, to issue Transfer Certificate to any pupil, if:
    1. He is not satisfied with the general conduct of the student, on the campus (or)
    2. The student is absent from the school campus without sanction of leave, for more than a week, during the session/term. (or)
  • The student is found to practice unfair means in tests and exams.
  • If the parents/ guardians fail to pay the subsequent installments of the school fee on time, their child/ ward is liable to be withdrawn from school, after giving due notice to the parent/ guardian regarding the same. Transfer Certificate will not be issued till the dues are cleared.
  • If it is discovered at the later date that any of the information furnished by the parent/ guardian in the application form (including Medical History sheet) is false, the Principal has the right to cancel the admission.

Withdrawal of Child by Parent/Guardian:
  • Parent/ Guardians intending to withdraw their child / ward from the school should apply for Transfer Certificate (T.C.).
  • The application for Transfer Certificate should be made in writing by the Parent or the authorized guardian of the pupil through your registered mail id or through a letter duly received by school office.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued to those students whose fees and dues have been fully paid for the academic year in which the T.C. is sought.
  • Application for Transfer Certificate should be made only in the month of February or March.
  • Applications for T.C. will not be accepted after March 31st or the last working day of academic year.
  • Parents who apply for a Transfer Certificate after the above-specified date are liable to pay a term’s fee for the succeeding academic year.
  • If a child has to be withdrawn from school, parents are requested to give one calendar month's notice in writing, failing which one month’s tution & bus fee will be charged in lieu thereof.

No verbal communication will be considered.
